Each TAB Facilitator is
an experienced business
person who has successfully
completed the TAB
Facilitator Training
Program. Most facilitators
run or have run their own
businesses. The TAB
Facilitator guides the group
discussions without
dominating the meetings and
encourages all members to
express their views while
keeping the discussion on
track. They also ensure
problem solving ideas are
generated and the meeting
does not become a gripe
session.

Richard
(Dick) Wooden For
more then 25 years in management
consulting, I have focused on
and have worked towards helping
companies solve issues and
improve business-to-business
relationships. When I founded
Success with CRM Consulting,
Inc., my desire was to provide
businesses with a resource for
answers to solve their problems
and grow their companies. My
customers needed to learn how to
communicate with their customers
or as I defined the concept. I
named the company after the
concept.
Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) is
the business approach that lets
you know your customers better,
share information more
thoroughly, and interact more
completely. Business-to-Business
communications is important for
a company to succeed regardless
of the size of the company. It
is no longer an option on the
corporate "wish list," Customer
Relationship Management has
become a necessity
for today's
organization. This is equally
true whether you are running an
enterprise or a small- to medium
- size business
In my search for
the best way to serve both
existing and new clients, I am
excited about finding TABNCI,
the Northern Indiana chapter of
The Alternative Board (TAB), an
international peer advisory
organization if CEO's,
presidents, business owners,
partner and entrepreneurs all
dedicated to improving their
businesses. The idea of
combining our resources to help
businesses improve and overcome
obstacles is a win-win for CRM,
TABNCI, and area business
owners.
As I continue to
work with my CRM clients, my
efforts to help them succeed are
enhanced by the additional
resources TAB provides. These
resources are available to every
TAB board member at the click of
a mouse. As a facilitator, I
will be able to help each
business owner address their
issues and share their concerns
with fellow board members.
Using the resources of CRM and
TAB, as their facilitator, I
will be able to help board
members work as a team to find
answers to their questions. Our
combined goal is finding
solutions and helping each other
succeed in today's ever changing
business climate. Without a
doubt, I look at becoming a TAB
facilitator as an opportunity to
expand my company's services to
business owners and enhance my
resources to find answers to my
business questions.
